Internal Load-bearing and Non-load-bearing Wall Panels
Utilising project specific architectural design drawings which are computer generated, Frame Work Synergies Ltd ensure that all projects are constructed to the highest standards and to the most efficient use of materials.
All Internal Load-Bearing and Non-Load-bearing Wall Panels are manufactured according to signed off design drawings and of the highest of standards from PEFC/FSC Certified CLS treated timber in 89x38mm timber studs and sheathed with a structural 9mm OSB board or mid-height noggins as structurally required.
All panels are delivered to site on Articulated Lories (where possible) and erected by our directly employed site erect teams to meet your required build programme.
Once the building is wind and water tight, internal follow-on trades can commence the fit-out, while the external finish is progressed which results in shorter over-all build durations..
